All orders require 3–5 business days to process prior to shipment. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.
Roman Boots TX RB is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order.

Orders canceled prior to fulfillment are subject to a 5–10 business day processing time for refunds, depending on payment systems and shipping processes.

Roman Boots TX RB is not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged items for the claim process.
